Bathroom Refurbishments in the North East

The Brief

This page brings together a selection of recent bathroom refurbishments carried out across the North East. The rooms range from compact cloakrooms and shower rooms to full family bathrooms with a bath and separate shower.

The Work

Across these projects, the work included:

• Strip-out: Each old bathroom was stripped out.
• Plumbing and pipework: New supplies and wastes were run to suit each layout.
• Showers and baths: Walk-in showers with glass screens, showers over the bath, a corner shower enclosure and a roll-top bath were all fitted.
• Vanity units and toilets: Wall-hung and floor-standing vanity units, countertop basins and toilets were fitted and connected.
• Radiators and towel rails: Radiators and towel rails were fitted where the room needed them, including a black column radiator in a cloakroom.
• Other trades organised: Where a room needed other trades, we organised them, so each homeowner had one point of contact.

The Result
