Designer Radiator Upgrades in the North East

The Brief

This page shows a selection of recent radiator and towel rail installations carried out across the North East. The radiators range from a simple panel radiator under the stairs to tall designer radiators and heated towel rails in black, anthracite, white and brushed brass.

The Work

Across these projects, the work included:

• Vertical radiators: Tall anthracite, black and white vertical radiators were fitted in hallways and beside doorways to free up wall space.
• Horizontal designer radiators: White and anthracite horizontal oval-tube radiators were fitted in living spaces.
• Heated towel rails: Matt black and brushed brass towel rails were fitted in bathrooms.
• Valves and pipework: New valves were fitted and the pipework adjusted where each position needed it.
• Refill and bleeding: Each system was refilled and every radiator bled.

The Result

Job Duration: A like-for-like radiator swap in the same position usually takes about an hour per radiator. Moving a radiator or adding a new one takes a little longer.
